Three bedrooms in the heart of the hills

The Whistle Stop is a three bedroom vacation home in Hill City that sits directly across Main Street from the 1880 Train, a historic 1880 steam engine train and rail car.

The first floor has a beautiful living room with a sofa, loveseat, rocking chair and a pullout sofa sleeper. Is has a large eat-in kitchen and one bedroom with a full-size bed and TV. Both bathrooms are located on the main floor. One is a full bath with a tub-shower combo and the other is a half-bath. A small laundry room separates the two bathrooms on the main floor. Upstairs has two bedrooms with queen size pillow top beds and TVs in each room. Internet is available.

There’s a small deck outside in the backyard with a grill. The front of the house also has a deck with the sitting area so you can sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine from one of our local wineries or a great tasting IPA beer from a local brewery. This house is conveniently located only a block away from the Mickelson Trail and downtown Hill city restaurants and bars.
